What we do with your data

If you request a free sample we keep your email and shop link only to send you that sample and, if you order, to deliver your clips. We do not sell your data or add you to a newsletter without asking. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record and processes your payment data under its own policy.

Photos you send are used only to make your clips and are deleted 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to [EMAIL]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

About the videos

Clips are generated with artificial intelligence from the photo you send and checked by a person. They are marketing content and may be labelled as AI-generated where the platform or the law requires it. You own the clips you pay for and can use them commercially.

Refunds

If a clip does not show your product correctly we redo it once for free. If you are still not happy, write to us within 14 days and we refund that order.
